Part II — Momentum Collective Membership Terms
7. About Momentum Collective
Momentum Collective ("Momentum") is an online educational and experiential membership designed to support personal development, self-awareness, nervous system regulation and sustainable wellbeing.
Momentum combines guided breathwork, nervous system education, self-inquiry and practical tools that members can integrate into everyday life.
The membership is designed to provide ongoing learning and opportunities for personal practice.
Momentum is a group-based educational membership and does not include private coaching or individualised therapeutic services unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. What Your Membership Includes
Each month, Momentum is organised around a specific theme.
As an active member, you receive access to:
A Monthly Theme
Each month explores a topic related to nervous system regulation, wellbeing, self-awareness, personal development or related areas.
One Live Workshop and Breathwork Session
Each month includes one scheduled live online session combining educational workshop content and a facilitated breathwork experience.
Self-Inquiry Questions
Reflective prompts and questions designed to support personal exploration and the practical integration of the monthly theme.
One Practical Tool
Each month includes at least one practical tool, resource, exercise or recommended practice related to the theme.
This may be an original resource created by me or a resource developed by another creator, teacher, researcher or facilitator that I believe is appropriate and valuable.
Where external resources are used, their ownership and any applicable access conditions remain with the original creator or provider.
Access to the Momentum Content Library
While your membership remains active, you can access the available Momentum content and recordings through the designated membership platform.
Access to content is subject to these Terms and the applicable platform requirements.
9. Live Sessions and Scheduling
Momentum includes one live workshop and breathwork session per monthly programme cycle.
Session dates and times will be communicated through the membership platform, email or other designated channels.
I reserve the right to reschedule a live session when reasonably necessary, including due to:
Illness, injury or personal emergencies.
Family emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
Technical failures or platform interruptions.
Circumstances beyond my reasonable control.
Other legitimate scheduling or operational needs.
Where a session must be rescheduled, I will make reasonable efforts to notify members as soon as practicable and provide a replacement date and time.
A rescheduled session is not automatically a cancelled session.
My intention is to deliver the live session included in each monthly programme cycle, even if it must take place on a different date.
If a session cannot be delivered within a reasonable period, or a material change affects the contracted membership benefits, I will provide the remedies required by applicable law, which may include an appropriate replacement, price reduction, refund or cancellation right.
No provision in these Terms removes your mandatory consumer rights.
Attendance at live sessions is optional. Missing a scheduled session does not ordinarily create a right to a refund, subject to applicable law.
10. Membership Platform and Account Access
Momentum Collective content is hosted through ThriveCart, using its membership delivery platform.
After purchasing your membership, you will receive instructions by email to create or activate your individual member account and access the Momentum library.
You are responsible for:
Providing an accurate email address during checkout.
Following the account activation instructions.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Keeping your account information up to date.
Notifying me of suspected unauthorised account access.
If your access email does not arrive, please check your spam folder or contact info@izabellasoko.com.
I will make reasonable efforts to assist with legitimate access problems.
ThriveCart is a third-party platform and may have separate technical and account requirements.
11. Individual Membership and No Account Sharing
Your Momentum membership is personal and intended solely for your individual use.
Each membership provides access for one person.
You may not:
Share your ThriveCart username or password with another person.
Allow friends, family members, colleagues or clients to access your membership through your account.
Sell, transfer, lend or sublicense your membership.
Distribute protected membership content to non-members.
Circumvent account restrictions or access controls.
Use one individual membership to provide access to an organisation or group.
If you wish to arrange access for another person or organisation, please contact me to discuss the appropriate option.
Where there is reasonable evidence of account sharing or misuse, I may investigate and take proportionate measures, including requesting corrective action or suspending access while the matter is addressed.
Serious or repeated violations may result in termination, subject to applicable law and consumer rights.
12. Content Access and Membership Duration
Momentum is a subscription-based membership.
Your access to Momentum content, resources and recordings is available only while your membership remains active and your access entitlement continues.
While your membership is active, you may access the materials included in your plan through ThriveCart, subject to reasonable technical and platform limitations.
When your membership ends, whether through cancellation, expiry or lawful termination:
Your access to the Momentum membership platform and protected resources will end.
You will no longer have access to member-only workshop recordings.
You will no longer have access to member-only guided practices, self-inquiry resources or tools.
Any personal licence to stream or access member-only content will terminate, except for rights expressly granted to particular authorised downloads or rights required by law.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period for which you remain entitled to access, unless an earlier termination or remedy applies.
Some recordings or educational materials may also be publicly available. Those materials will remain accessible to the public according to their published availability and applicable terms, independently of your paid membership.
Membership does not provide lifetime access, permanent ownership or a continuing right to member-only recordings after your membership has ended.
13. Intellectual Property — Momentum Collective
The intellectual property of Momentum Collective is an essential part of my professional work.
Original content created by me for Momentum remains my intellectual property and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.
This includes, where original and legally protectable:
Workshop presentations and teaching materials.
Breathwork guidance and audio recordings.
Guided meditations and somatic practices.
Original self-inquiry questions and exercises.
Original worksheets, frameworks and educational tools.
Original video and audio recordings.
Course materials, written resources and original programme content.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the included content for your own personal learning during your membership entitlement.
You do not acquire ownership of the original Momentum materials by purchasing a membership.
Unless I have expressly authorised it, or the law permits it, you may not:
Download or save restricted audio, video or other materials.
Screen-record or otherwise capture restricted sessions or protected recordings.
Copy or reproduce protected content for distribution.
Share protected content with non-members.
Upload protected resources to another platform or website.
Sell, publish, sublicense or commercially distribute the materials.
Incorporate protected Momentum materials into paid programmes, workshops, products or services.
Remove copyright notices or falsely claim authorship of the materials.
Upload substantial protected materials to AI systems for redistribution, replication, model training or commercial exploitation without appropriate authorisation.
You may download materials only where the platform expressly provides a permitted download option or I have provided written authorisation.
Authorised downloads are for your personal use under the stated licence conditions unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Third-party resources remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their applicable terms.
Nothing in these Terms restricts uses expressly permitted by mandatory copyright law.
If you wish to license or adapt original Momentum material for professional or commercial use, please contact info@izabellasoko.com.
14. Unauthorised Use and Intellectual Property Violations
If I reasonably believe that protected membership materials have been copied, distributed, sold, shared or used without authorisation, I may take appropriate steps to protect my rights.
Depending on the circumstances, these steps may include:
Contacting the member and requesting that the unauthorised activity stop.
Requesting removal of improperly distributed materials.
Restricting access while a serious breach is investigated.
Terminating membership for a material or repeated breach, subject to applicable law.
Pursuing lawful remedies for infringement where appropriate.
Any measures taken will be proportionate to the circumstances and consistent with applicable consumer protection law.
I reserve the right to protect and enforce my intellectual property rights.
15. Membership Plans and Pricing
Momentum Collective offers the following subscription options where displayed at checkout.
Monthly Membership — USD $47/month
The monthly membership costs USD $47 per month.
It includes an initial minimum commitment of six consecutive monthly billing periods, representing a minimum base subscription commitment of USD $282 at the stated rate.
Following the initial six-month commitment, membership automatically continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.
Annual Membership — USD $499/year
The annual membership costs USD $499 for a 12-month membership period.
The annual plan automatically renews for a further annual period unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
Taxes and Charges
Any applicable taxes and mandatory charges will be disclosed before purchase.
Depending on your location and payment provider, currency conversion charges or payment-related fees may apply.
The specific plan, pricing, taxes, billing frequency and minimum commitment shown and accepted at checkout form part of your purchase agreement.
16. Payment and Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are processed through ThriveCart and its connected payment providers, including Stripe where applicable.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges according to the pricing, billing frequency and renewal conditions disclosed before checkout confirmation.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
If payment is unsuccessful, I may notify you and allow a reasonable opportunity to update your details.
Continued non-payment may result in suspension or lawful termination of access, subject to applicable notice requirements and consumer rights.
Any changes to membership prices will be communicated in advance where required and will not be imposed contrary to the agreed contract or applicable law.
17. Cancellation
Monthly Membership
The monthly subscription has an initial six-month minimum commitment.
You may notify me of your intention not to continue during that period, with ordinary cancellation scheduled to take effect at the conclusion of the minimum commitment.
After the initial commitment, you may cancel at any time to prevent future monthly renewals.
Any statutory right of withdrawal, lawful early termination right or remedy for non-performance takes precedence over the minimum commitment.
Annual Membership
You may cancel the automatic renewal of your annual membership before the next renewal date.
Unless a statutory right, contractual exception or other legal remedy applies, access continues through the end of the current paid annual membership period.
How to Cancel
You may request cancellation through your subscription management options where available or by emailing:
info@izabellasoko.com
I will confirm receipt of the request and the effective cancellation date.
Cancellation takes effect according to the subscription terms and applicable consumer protections.
18. No-Refund Policy and Statutory Consumer Rights
All Momentum Collective membership purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund, withdrawal or other remedy is required by applicable law.
By purchasing a Momentum Collective subscription, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a digital membership that includes educational resources, guided practices, recordings and live online sessions.
Membership fees will not be refunded simply because you:
Change your mind after the applicable withdrawal period has expired.
Choose not to attend a scheduled live session.
Do not access or use the available membership materials.
Decide that the programme is no longer suitable for your personal circumstances.
Wish to end your membership before the conclusion of your agreed subscription commitment.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund of previously paid membership fees.
For monthly memberships, the initial six-month minimum commitment remains applicable, except where early termination is required or permitted by applicable law.
For annual memberships, cancellation prevents future automatic renewals but does not ordinarily entitle you to a partial refund for unused months.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any withdrawal, cancellation, refund, price reduction or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Where applicable law provides a statutory withdrawal period, you may exercise that right in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
Where you expressly request immediate access to digital content or the commencement of services during a statutory withdrawal period, the legal consequences of that request will be governed by applicable law, including any requirements for separate express consent, acknowledgement and purchase confirmation.
Accessing membership content or beginning participation does not, by itself, automatically remove every statutory withdrawal right.
If Momentum Collective is not delivered as contractually agreed, you retain any remedies provided by applicable consumer law.
For questions concerning cancellation, refunds or statutory withdrawal rights, please contact:
info@izabellasoko.com
19. Health and Safety
Momentum may include conscious connected breathwork, functional breathing, meditation, somatic awareness, movement and emotional reflection.
Some of these practices may involve physical or psychological risks.
Participation in any particular practice is voluntary.
Before participating in intensive breathwork, you must review the applicable Health & Safety and Informed Consent agreement and complete any required screening.
If you have relevant medical or mental health concerns, you should seek guidance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
You may decline, modify or stop a practice at any time, subject to the safety guidance provided.
Breathwork, coaching and educational content do not replace medical treatment, psychotherapy or other regulated healthcare services.
The separate Health & Safety agreement forms part of the participation conditions for activities covered by that agreement.
No provision excludes liability or legal responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Session Recordings and Privacy
Momentum live sessions are recorded.
Recordings may be available to members and may also be published publicly, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Participants will be informed of the recording arrangements.
Identifiable participant contributions will be handled according to applicable data protection law, including obtaining separate consent where required.
Participating in Momentum does not, by itself, constitute unlimited permission to publish a participant's identifiable personal disclosures.
Members must not independently record, publish or distribute other participants' personal contributions without appropriate permission.
For further information, please review the Privacy Policy available on izabellasoko.com.
21. Community Conduct and Respect
Momentum is intended to be a respectful learning environment.
Members are expected to:
Treat other participants with dignity and consideration.
Respect differing perspectives and personal boundaries.
Avoid harassment, bullying, intimidation or discriminatory conduct.
Respect confidentiality when others share personal experiences.
Refrain from giving unsolicited medical or psychological advice to other members.
Avoid sharing or publishing private information about participants without permission.
I may take reasonable steps to address behaviour that threatens safety, privacy or the integrity of the group.
Serious or repeated misconduct may lead to restricted participation or lawful termination of membership, subject to applicable rights.
22. Availability and Changes to the Membership
Momentum is an evolving educational programme.
Monthly themes, exercises, resources and teaching approaches may vary.
I may make reasonable adjustments to content, delivery formats, external resource recommendations and session arrangements.
However, the core benefits promised as part of the purchased membership remain subject to the contract and applicable consumer law.
Material reductions, prolonged unavailability or failure to deliver agreed benefits may give rise to applicable remedies.
I may discontinue offering new memberships or change future membership arrangements, but this does not remove obligations owed to existing members.
If an existing membership must be discontinued, I will provide appropriate notice and any refunds or remedies required by law.
23. Third-Party Platforms and Technical Requirements
Momentum requires access to an internet-connected device and compatible software.
You are responsible for maintaining a suitable internet connection and the equipment reasonably necessary to access the services, as disclosed before purchase.
Membership materials are hosted through ThriveCart, and live sessions generally take place through Zoom.
These services may occasionally experience downtime, maintenance or technical difficulties.
I will make reasonable efforts to address disruptions within my control and provide access to agreed services.
Where technical issues materially prevent delivery of contracted content, your applicable consumer remedies remain available.
24. No Guarantee of Results
The information and practices provided through Momentum are educational and experiential.
Personal outcomes differ according to individual circumstances and engagement.
I do not promise or guarantee specific outcomes in areas such as stress, sleep, emotional regulation, professional success, relationships or wellbeing.
This provision does not affect your rights to receive the services and digital content described at purchase or any applicable legal remedies.
25. Liability
I take reasonable care in the provision of my services and in communicating the potential risks of participation.
You agree to follow relevant safety instructions, participate voluntarily and seek appropriate medical or psychological guidance when necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for losses that are not legally attributable to a breach of my obligations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for personal injury, negligence, fraud, breach of mandatory duties or other matters where excluding or limiting liability would be unlawful.
Nothing removes any statutory consumer right or remedy.
[LEGAL REVIEW: Confirm the enforceability of the liability provisions under applicable Portuguese law.]
26. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information is handled according to my Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.
This includes information processed through website forms, membership systems, payment platforms, email communication and video conferencing.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared and protected, together with your data protection rights.
For privacy matters, contact:

28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under relevant law.
Disputes will be addressed through the competent courts or applicable dispute-resolution mechanisms, as required by law.
Nothing in these Terms requires consumers to waive mandatory rights concerning jurisdiction or access to legal remedies.
29. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in my services, technology, operations or applicable law.
Updated Terms will be published on the website.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued.

My intention is to create an environment where participants feel comfortable engaging in meaningful reflection without unnecessary exposure of their personal experiences.
Before making a recording publicly available, I review the session and may remove sections containing sensitive personal disclosures, emotional sharing or other information that could compromise a participant's privacy.
I will not intentionally publish identifiable sensitive health information or deeply personal disclosures without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, explicit consent.
Participants may contact me at info@izabellasoko.com if they have concerns about their appearance or contributions in a recording.

**Effective Date:** 21 October 2026
**Last Updated:** 21 October 2026

## 1. Introduction

Your wellbeing, autonomy and safety are important to me.

My work integrates nervous system education, breathwork, somatic practices, yoga, coaching and self-inquiry to support greater self-awareness, personal development and wellbeing.

Some practices involve physical movement, changes in breathing patterns, emotional exploration or experiences that may be unfamiliar or uncomfortable.

This agreement explains the nature of these practices, their potential risks, relevant health considerations and the responsibilities involved in participating.

My intention is to create an environment that supports informed, voluntary participation while respecting your individual needs, boundaries and capacity.

Please read this agreement carefully before participating in any of my services.

## 3. Services Covered by This Agreement

This agreement applies to relevant services and activities facilitated by Izabella Soko, online or in person, including:

- Private coaching and personal development sessions.
- Nervous system regulation and educational practices.
- RESET Breathwork and other conscious connected breathing techniques.
- Functional breathing exercises and pranayama.
- Somatic awareness, movement and embodiment practices.
- Yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini-inspired and restorative practices.
- Meditation, mindfulness, Yoga Nidra and guided relaxation.
- Workshops, group programmes, retreats and immersive experiences.
- Momentum Collective live sessions, recordings and guided practice resources.

Different activities involve different levels of physical and psychological intensity.

Not every practice is appropriate for every individual. Participation in one activity does not automatically establish suitability for another.

## 4. Nature and Scope of Services

My services are educational, coaching-based and wellbeing-oriented.

They may support personal reflection, self-awareness, behaviour change, relaxation, physical movement and the development of self-regulation skills.

They are not a substitute for appropriate medical or mental health care.

Unless expressly stated otherwise and supported by applicable professional qualifications and authorisations, I do not provide:

- Medical diagnoses or treatment.
- Psychiatric or psychological diagnoses.
- Psychotherapy or regulated mental health treatment.
- Emergency medical or crisis services.
- Medical prescriptions or medication management.
- Physical rehabilitation or other regulated healthcare services.

Although coaching or somatic work may explore emotionally significant experiences, this does not establish a psychotherapist-client or healthcare provider-patient relationship.

You should continue prescribed medical or psychological treatment unless your qualified healthcare provider advises otherwise.

I may recommend additional professional support or decline to facilitate a particular practice if it falls outside my professional scope or raises significant safety concerns.

## 5. Breathwork: Nature and Potential Risks

Breathwork encompasses techniques with different purposes, levels of intensity and physiological effects.

Some involve gentle, comfortable breathing intended to support relaxation or awareness.

Others, including certain forms of RESET Breathwork and conscious connected breathing, may intentionally increase the depth, rate or volume of breathing.

Intensive breathing can alter carbon dioxide levels and produce significant physical or psychological sensations.

Potential effects include:

- Tingling, numbness or altered bodily sensations.
- Dizziness or lightheadedness.
- Changes in body temperature.
- Muscle tension, cramping or involuntary contractions.
- Nausea, headache or fatigue.
- Anxiety, panic or emotional intensity.
- Changes in perception or awareness.
- Emotional activation or the emergence of difficult memories.
- Fainting or loss of consciousness.

Serious adverse events may occur, particularly in individuals with underlying health conditions.

Some sensations may result from changes in breathing physiology and should not automatically be interpreted as therapeutic progress or emotional release.

You are never expected to intensify your breathing beyond your capacity or ignore concerning symptoms.

## 6. Breathwork Contraindications and Precautions

Intensive breathwork may be unsuitable for individuals with certain physical or psychological conditions.

Relevant conditions and circumstances include, but are not limited to:

- Pregnancy.
- Cardiovascular disease, significant cardiac conditions or previous heart attack.
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure.
- History of stroke, transient ischaemic attack or significant cerebrovascular disease.
- Epilepsy, seizure disorders or unexplained loss of consciousness.
- Significant respiratory disease or breathing difficulties.
- Conditions aggravated by changes in breathing, blood pressure or carbon dioxide levels.
- Recent major surgery, serious injury or significant medical illness.
- Certain eye conditions, including glaucoma or conditions involving increased intraocular pressure.
- History of aneurysm or other significant vascular conditions.
- History of psychosis, mania or certain presentations of bipolar disorder.
- Severe dissociation, acute psychological instability or current psychiatric crisis.
- Severe panic symptoms that may be aggravated by intensive breathing.
- Recent traumatic experiences accompanied by significant psychological instability.
- Any other condition for which a qualified healthcare professional has advised against intensive breathing practices.

This list is not exhaustive.

**If you have or suspect you have a relevant contraindication, do not participate in intensive breathwork until an appropriate individual safety assessment has taken place.**

Where appropriate, you may need to consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Medical clearance does not guarantee that a practice will be suitable or free from risk.

A modified breathing practice may sometimes be appropriate, but gentler breathing is not automatically safe for every condition.

I reserve the right to decline participation in intensive breathwork where reasonable safety concerns remain.

## 7. Health Screening and Disclosure

Before participating in designated intensive breathwork sessions or other activities requiring screening, you may be asked to complete a confidential health and wellbeing questionnaire.

This may include relevant questions about medical conditions, medications, psychological wellbeing, injuries or other circumstances that could affect safe participation.

You agree to provide accurate and current information necessary for an appropriate safety assessment.

Please inform me of relevant changes in your health or circumstances before participating in subsequent sessions.

You are not required to disclose sensitive personal information to other group members.

If you choose not to provide information needed to assess the safety of a particular activity, I may be unable to offer you that activity.

Health-related information will be handled according to my Privacy Policy and any additional privacy notice or consent process associated with screening.

**Health screening and informed consent are separate processes. Accepting this agreement does not automatically establish that you are medically suitable for an intensive practice.**

## 8. Somatic Practices and Emotional Exploration

Somatic practices may involve observing bodily sensations, exploring movement, noticing emotional responses or developing awareness of patterns of tension, activation and relaxation.

These practices can sometimes bring awareness to difficult emotions, uncomfortable sensations, memories or personal experiences.

Possible responses include:

- Emotional distress or overwhelm.
- Anxiety or agitation.
- Temporary changes in bodily awareness.
- Feelings of vulnerability or discomfort.
- Dissociation or disconnection.
- Activation of memories or experiences associated with past stress or trauma.

These experiences are not required outcomes and should not be forced.

You are not expected to revisit traumatic memories, disclose personal experiences or continue exercises that feel overwhelming.

You are encouraged to communicate your boundaries, pause when needed and seek appropriate support if distress persists.

Somatic coaching is not a replacement for trauma-specific clinical treatment or psychotherapy.

## 9. Yoga and Physical Movement

Yoga and movement practices involve physical activity and may include stretching, balancing, strengthening, changes in posture and sustained positions.

Potential risks include:

- Muscle strains, sprains or joint discomfort.
- Falls or loss of balance.
- Aggravation of existing injuries.
- Dizziness or fatigue.
- Pain associated with physical exertion.
- Other movement-related injuries.

You agree to practise within your reasonable physical capacity and follow the instructions provided.

Do not force a posture, stretch or movement, or continue an exercise that causes pain or concerning symptoms.

Modifications and rest are encouraged where appropriate.

Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional if you are uncertain whether a movement practice is suitable for you.

### Physical Adjustments and Touch

In-person yoga or somatic sessions may occasionally involve an invitation to receive hands-on adjustments or supportive touch.

**Physical contact will not be used without your specific, informed and voluntary consent.**

You may decline physical contact for any reason, at any time.

Consent to one adjustment does not constitute ongoing consent to future contact.

Silence or lack of resistance is not treated as consent.

## 10. Coaching and Personal Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support self-awareness, decision-making, personal development and aligned action.

During coaching, you may explore beliefs, behavioural patterns, emotions, relationships, professional challenges or personal experiences.

You retain responsibility for your decisions, actions and choices.

Exercises, recommendations or reflections provided during coaching are intended to support your process rather than replace independent professional judgement.

You are encouraged to seek qualified legal, medical, financial or psychological advice when relevant.

I do not guarantee specific personal, professional, emotional, health or financial outcomes.

You are not required to disclose personal information or engage in exercises that exceed your boundaries.

## 11. Voluntary Participation and Personal Autonomy

Your participation is voluntary.

You have the right to:

- Ask questions before or during a practice.
- Decline any exercise.
- Request an appropriate modification.
- Choose a gentler option where suitable.
- Keep your eyes open or adjust your position.
- Take a break or return to natural breathing.
- Stop participating at any time.
- Decline physical contact.
- Choose not to share personal information or experiences.

You are encouraged to communicate discomfort, uncertainty or concerns when you can safely do so.

Stop a practice immediately if you experience chest pain, severe dizziness, faintness, significant breathing difficulty, confusion or other concerning symptoms.

Seek urgent medical assistance for severe or persistent symptoms.

You are never expected to push through pain, distress or a sense of being unsafe.

## 12. Online Participation and Safety

Online sessions create additional limitations because I may not be physically present to observe your condition, provide hands-on assistance or respond directly to an emergency.

When participating online, you agree to take reasonable precautions, including:

- Practising in a reasonably safe and comfortable environment.
- Following instructions about positioning, equipment and space.
- Avoiding hazardous surroundings.
- Not practising breathwork while driving, swimming, bathing or operating machinery.
- Not undertaking intensive breathwork while standing or in another position where fainting could result in injury.
- Avoiding participation while impaired by alcohol or recreational intoxicants.
- Using suitable props or supports where necessary.
- Ensuring you can contact local emergency services if needed.
- Stopping an activity if concerning symptoms arise.

For intensive breathwork, additional precautions or supervision may be necessary, depending on the practice and your circumstances.

A prerecorded session cannot provide real-time supervision, health assessment or emergency assistance.

**Do not use intensive breathwork recordings without completing required screening and following the practice-specific safety instructions.**

I may decline to facilitate an intensive online session where the circumstances do not permit an appropriate level of safety.

## 13. Recorded and On-Demand Practices

Some breathwork, yoga, meditation and somatic practices may be available through recordings or on-demand educational resources.

Recorded content provides general instruction and cannot respond to your individual condition or circumstances in real time.

You should not assume that a practice is suitable for you solely because it is available in a membership library or accessible publicly.

Before following a recording, review the practice description, relevant contraindications and safety instructions.

Where a practice requires prior screening, supervised participation or additional precautions, those requirements continue to apply when accessing the recording.

If you are uncertain about your suitability, do not participate until you have sought appropriate guidance.

## 14. Emotional Safety, Boundaries and Confidentiality

Some activities may involve personal reflection or emotional sharing.

You are never required to disclose private experiences to a group.

Participants are encouraged to respect one another's boundaries and privacy.

Although confidentiality is expected within group settings, it cannot be absolutely guaranteed.

### Momentum Collective Recordings

Momentum live sessions are recorded and may be made available to members and the public, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Participants will be informed of recording arrangements before sessions.

Identifiable contributions will be handled according to applicable privacy requirements and the relevant recording-consent procedure.

You may decline to have your identifiable personal contributions publicly shared.

Please raise recording-related privacy concerns before contributing to a recorded discussion.

Sensitive personal disclosures are not required for participation.

## 15. No Medical or Psychological Guarantees

Breathwork, somatic practices, meditation, yoga and coaching can affect individuals differently.

No particular physical, psychological, emotional or professional outcome is guaranteed.

Information provided during these services is not intended to diagnose, cure or treat medical or mental health conditions.

You should not stop or alter prescribed medication or professional treatment based on these services without consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

If you experience ongoing or significant adverse symptoms, seek appropriate professional support.

## 16. Right to Decline or Modify Participation

I reserve the right to decline, postpone, modify or discontinue an activity where reasonable concerns arise about participant safety, suitability or my ability to facilitate within my professional scope.

This may include recommending a gentler practice, requesting additional information, suggesting medical consultation or referring a participant to another qualified professional.

Such decisions are made with consideration for participant safety and applicable contractual and consumer rights.

This does not remove my duty to exercise reasonable care in providing services.

## 17. Acknowledgement of Inherent Risks

You acknowledge that the activities described in this agreement may involve physical, emotional or psychological risks, including risks that cannot always be predicted or eliminated.

By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that:

- You have received information about the nature of the relevant activities.
- You understand that practices differ in intensity and suitability.
- You understand the potential risks and contraindications described here.
- You have an opportunity to ask questions before participation.
- You understand the importance of relevant health screening and professional advice.
- You will follow reasonable safety instructions and respect your boundaries.
- You understand that online participation involves additional limitations.
- You may modify, pause or stop participation at any time.
- You understand that inherent risks may remain after appropriate screening and safety instruction.

This acknowledgement supports informed participation and does not remove the facilitator's legal or professional responsibilities.

## 18. Responsibility and Liability

I undertake to exercise reasonable care and professional judgement when providing my services.

You agree to take reasonable care for your own safety, provide relevant information necessary for screening and follow reasonable safety instructions.

Participation carries inherent risks that may remain even where appropriate precautions have been taken.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for an adverse outcome will be determined by the circumstances, the duties owed and the conduct of those involved.

**Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for negligence, personal injury, breach of professional duties, fraud or any matter where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.**

Nothing in this agreement removes mandatory consumer protections or legal remedies.

## 19. Emergency Situations

These services do not provide emergency medical or mental health care.

If you experience a medical emergency, severe psychological crisis or symptoms requiring urgent assessment, stop participating and seek appropriate emergency assistance.

In Portugal and other EU countries, the general emergency number is **112**.

Participants outside the EU should use their local emergency number.

For online sessions, I may be unable to provide immediate physical assistance or independently arrange emergency care at your location.

## 20. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information, including sensitive health information collected through screening or participation, is handled according to my Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Where sensitive health information requires explicit consent or additional privacy disclosures, these will be addressed through a separate process.

Agreeing to this agreement does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated processing of personal information.

For privacy requests, contact info@izabellasoko.com.

## 21. Changes to This Agreement

This agreement may be updated to reflect changes in services, practices, professional guidance or legal requirements.

The latest version will be available through the appropriate service or website.

Where a material change affects participation or consent, an updated acknowledgement may be requested before the relevant activity.

## 22. Participant Acknowledgement and Informed Consent

1. I am at least 18 years old.
2. I have read and understood this Health, Safety & Informed Consent Agreement.
3. I understand that breathwork, yoga, somatic practices and movement may involve physical or psychological risks.
4. I understand that certain health conditions may make some activities unsuitable.
5. I agree to complete any additional health screening required before participating in intensive breathwork or other designated practices.
6. I understand that participation is voluntary and that I may decline, modify or stop an activity at any time.
7. I understand that online and prerecorded sessions have limitations, including the absence of immediate physical assistance.
8. I understand that these services are educational and wellbeing-oriented and do not replace medical or psychological care.
9. I agree to follow reasonable safety instructions and respect my physical and psychological boundaries.
10. I understand that this acknowledgement does not waive my mandatory legal rights or remove the facilitator's duty of care.

**By providing my electronic acknowledgement, I confirm that I have read and understood this agreement and voluntarily consent to participate in activities for which I am appropriately screened and that are suitable for my circumstances.**

This acknowledgement does not replace any separate consent required for processing sensitive health information or participating in a specific higher-risk practice.
